We are running a plant stall at the Scout Hut (West Road, Lancaster, AL1 5PE – come and find us) on Saturday 20th May from 9:30am until 12:00 noon.
Come and see us, buy some lovely flowers for your garden, fill the planters on your decking or in your yard, or brighten up your flower box with some pretty blooms.
Money raised supports the 13th Lancaster Scout group.

In case you didn’t see the Facebook post last Monday night, we raised a grand total of £526.77 at the Christmas Fair last week.
Thank you very much to everyone who came, and to everyone who helped out.
PARENTS FAMILY FRIENDS AND SCOUTS
Don’t forget the doors to the fair do not open till six…..bring a friend and some cash to spend lots of lovely things to buy and games to play
If you have anything to donate it’s not to late to bring them
On Monday we will be handing out letters re the Christmas post.
The emphasis this year is please sell more stamps – this means more letters in boxes and more post to deliver.
We need to each sell stamps to friends and neighbours and work colleagues, over the next 2-3 weeks. They are only 30p and cover most local areas – a poster is available to advertise this and the letter explains the procedure and asks you ALL for help in one way or another.
Our Green Post boxes go out at end of November in shops in the city, and sorting will be during the 7th-13th December.
Please support this Scout Post effort as much as you can, it helps our funds, and is a Scouting community effort. Stamps will be on sale at the hut from Monday. Cash with orders please.
Hello to all parents, cubs and beavers and scouts.
Reminder of Monday’s Christmas fair (5th December) from 6 -8. This takes place of the usual beaver and cub sessions.
We hope you and your children and grandmas and grandads will come to the fair and have some fun, buy some reasonably priced pressies, have a cuppa and a cake, and enjoy some togetherness.
We have some lovely hand made items for tree decorations, holly wreaths and pots and baskets, stocking fillers and small pressies the kids can by for mum or dad, as well as the raffle and tombola, and a few special edition teddies again! So dust off those change jars and bring your pennies to the scout hut.
If you still have things to donate for raffle or stall you can deliver on Thursday evening 7-9 or Sunday afternoon from 1-3.
